Set up a home recycling station and teach your kids how to sort by paper, plastic, and aluminum.
Look for ways to repurpose everyday items such as bags, boxes, jars, and containers.
Compost food scraps, including egg shells, fruit peels, and wilted vegetables.
Ask for paper instead of plastic at the grocery store and take pre-used bags on your next store visit.
